Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Appointments are a vital part of your orthodontic treatment, and we have reserved this time specifically for you. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to ask you to reschedule. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve all our patients effectively.

We understand that insurance policies can vary significantly, so while we strive to provide an accurate estimate of your coverage, we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. 

Please note that your estimated patient portion is required to be paid at the time of service. To make the process easier for you, our office will handle the billing of insurance companies for the services provided.
