We know that our office is only as effective and welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly, well-trained staff members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all of our patients feel right at home, and we are dedicated to providing each patient with the compassionate and individualized care they expect and deserve! We put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment in a supportive, nurturing environment. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs as a patient.

Our staff is highly skilled, uniquely trained and aims to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient! Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each team member has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and office practices by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars, including yearly OSHA training.

Lisa Lee - Financial Coordinator and Office Manager

Lisa Lee Lisa is the glue that holds our office together. If we could officially give her a title, it would be office mom. She loves animals and has too many to name. In her free time you can catch her reading a book or spending time with her daughter, who is going to law school. She has been in the dental/ortho field for over 38 years.

Anna Lancaster - Scheduling Coordinator

Anna Lancaster Anna is the first face you see when you walk through our front door. She will check you in for your appointment and make sure all of your information is up to date. She has been with the practice for over 14 years. In her free time she loves hanging out with her family and 3 fur babies. In the summer you can find her by the pool or traveling.

Kristie Hedrick - Scheduling Coordinator and Insurance Specialist

Kristie Hedrick Kristie is the girl you will see for your follow up appointments when you check out. She has been with us for a year. She is the life of the party, always smiling and laughing. She has 2 boys who she is always chauffeuring around. In her free time she loves crafting and kayaking with friends.

April Withrow - New Patient Coordinator and Consultant

April Withrow When you come in for your first consultation appointment you will meet April. She started out in the clinic but is now seeing our new patients. She has been here for 2 years. She has 2 kids, Olivia and Jace. They are her world. She loves the outdoors and to make people smile.

Andrea Vincell - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Andrea Vincell Andrea is a clinic assistant and has been in the orthodontic field for over 17 years. She loves to see the confidence a new smile brings to people. She is either dancing, singing, or laughing. In her spare time she loves to be with her family and friends. In the summer you can find by a pool or at the beach.

Marie Richards - Laboratory Technician

Marie Richards Marie has been working here for over 15 years. She works in the lab with our new 3-D printer that makes all of our retainers. She also works as an assistant when needed. On the weekends you can find her spoiling her 3 grandkids or up a holler on her side by side.

Cheryl Fox - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Cheryl Fox Cheryl is an assistant and has been with the practice the longest, 38 years to be exact! In her free time she loves to go to estate sales or antiquing.

Anita Griffith - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Anita Griffith Anita loves her job! She has been in the dental/ortho field for 24 years. She is one of the favorites among patients, and for good reason. Out of the office you can catch her playing with her fur babies, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Kitty. She is always up for an adventure.

Geri Rayburn - Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Geri Rayburn Geri is an assistant and has been with for over 2 years. She is a country girl with a southern twang. In her spare time she loves spending time with her son, Gage, who is the center of her universe.
